good stay but could improve more

The staff provided outstanding service, making us feel appreciated from the moment we walked in. I loved the breakfast options, offering both healthy and hearty choices to start our day right. The King Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious, perfect for our family needs, making it easy for everyone to relax after a day of exploration. Also, the location was super convenient for visiting local attractions.

However, the Wi-Fi struggled to keep up with our family's devices and would disconnect frequently, which was a bit frustrating.

It was just an optimal selection for a short staycation in Vernal with very good value for money. The excellent Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected while I relaxed. Bring your own hangers since there are no hooks in the room.

Some aspects of the stay were a bit discouraging. Cleaning protocols seemed hit-or-miss. I noticed trash left behind in-room. The lack of towel hooks made it a hassle to keep towels organized, and during my time there, I found that the breakfast area got pretty crowded, especially during peak hours, creating a chaotic environment. Also, the indoor pool was cramped and swamped with kids, which might not appeal to folks seeking a more tranquil swim. Lastly, I had a tough time finding extra pillows in the room, which would’ve made things cozier.
